Because chronic conditions and autoimmunity take time to resolve, I offer 3 and 6 month packages which gives me time to fully investigate your health concerns and work with you over a period of time to resolve these. Please contact me if you would like to know more about my prices and payment plans. 

 Typically, your package will include:

  • A detailed online questionnaire
    Convenient to fill in and submit before we meet

  • A 75-minute in-depth session
    In this session, I will listen to your story and learn what may have triggered or contributed to your condition. I will ask you when you last felt well to try and understand what has happened since then.  My investigation will also include events that may have happened prior to you becoming unwell as autoimmunity and chronic conditions can start to manifest at least 15 years before a condition is discovered. My analysis will include looking at your health, family history, lifestyle, diet, stressors as well as possible exposure to infections or toxins.

  • Bespoke health protocol
    After our first session, I will send you a bespoke and clear protocol setting out my dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. I will also set out any suggested GP or private lab tests to help us identify your triggers or root causes.

  • 3-month package
    This package includes 2 follow up sessions, usually around 4 weeks apart, and lasting 30-45 minutes where we will discuss any test results as well your progress and any challenges. As we move along, I will continually review your diet and recommendations, and aim to work through any health imbalances in a systematic and thoughtful manner. Each follow-up session is supported with a written protocol with new recommendations.

  • 6-month package
    This package is recommended for autoimmune or long-standing conditions which may take longer to resolve and includes an additional 3 follow up sessions.

  • Targeted research
    Your package includes my extensive time in researching and working on your case behind the scenes. This allows me to investigate and truly understand your health history, your diagnosis or condition and the most recent medical literature and intervention options. The package also includes my time in putting together protocols after each of our sessions. The cost of testing and nutritional supplements is in addition to the consultation charges.

  • Dynamic support
    As some areas start to improve, our focus will change to help move your health forward in a dynamic and supportive way.

Consultations are by zoom, or in person at Centennial Medical Care, Centennial Park, Centennial Way, Elstree, WD6 3FG. If you would like to see me in person, then I would need to pass on the costs of renting the clinic room.
