Details of My Approach
My approach is to take a very detailed case history and to listen to and understand your health history going back to your childhood and birth. In addition to uncovering any predisposing factors, I will seek to find the point at which your health changed. This involves identifying what triggers and continuing factors may have contributed to and driven your health concerns. As well as looking into your diet and nutrition, this might encompass looking into your genetics, your life challenges, pathogenic triggers (for example bacteria or viruses), exposure to chemicals or toxins as well as your spiritual, emotional and mental fulfilment.
Through my understanding of how system imbalances may trigger illness I will aim to link these together and educate you on my theory as to why you are unwell. I will explain to you my strategy as we go along and give you clear written protocols to follow after each consultation.
